Are you a psychologist or clinical psychologist looking to expand into private practice but worried you will miss the team opportunities? We collectively draw on the knowledge across disciplines to support our children, young people and families to be the best versions of themselves including Clinical Psychology, Speech and Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Play Therapy and Behaviour Therapists.

WHAT YOU WOULD NEED TO OFFER US

Your personal, clinical, and ethical values must align with those of Emerge Allied Health. You must be willing to work at multiple locations if required as we offer outreach services to a number of Child and Family Centres.

This role will include opportunities for individual therapy, running groups, and completing psychological assessments.

Essential requirements:

  • Full Registration as a psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia

  • At least 2 year’s experience working as a registered psychologist

  • Experience working with children and families

  • Drivers licence and own transport

Desirable requirements:

  • Psychology Board Approved Supervisor Status

  • Area of Practice Endorsement in Clinical Psychology

  • Training in a niche area (e.g. play therapy, family therapy, or population groups e.g. Autism)
